Who Can Apply

Under 35 preferred; 40 is the ceiling.

Graduate degree

In any field. Not a fresher.

Four years on the ground

Full-time development sector work. Fellowships count, internships do not.

No registered organisation

You must not already run a registered organisation.

Intent to register

A clear commitment to founding and running a new civil society organisation.

One of four geographies

You will be required to relocate and be based in the geography you choose.

Eighty fellowships across four geographies. You will be based full-time in the geography you choose.
